SCHOOL and LIBRARY VISITS

Ryan SanAngelo loves visiting schools and libraries. 

He loves to get children excited about reading and writing!

So far Ryan has visited schools and libraries in
CT, MA, NY, NJ, NH, GA, CA.

What Ryan Does:
* He reads Spaghetti Eddie and/or Bye Bye Balloon.
(This can be done with or without the use of a laptop and projector.
The added equipment does add a lot more to the presentation.)

* He talks about how he wrote his book(s) and how he got published.

* He shows the original version of A Boy Named Eddie Who Shared His Spaghetti
(along with pictures he drew) that he wrote in college.
 
* He talks about where ideas come from and why it’s so great to use your imagination.

* He talks about why it is so great to be an author.

* He plays his guitar and performs original songs about his books, 
reading and writing, nutrition, believing in yourself, and other child-related themes.

* He answers questions from the students and teachers.

Performance Info:
* Presentations last about 45 minutes in length.

*Ryan primarily presents to students in grades K-3, but he enjoys speaking
to students in grades 4-5 as well.

* The size of the group is flexible. (Big or small groups are both fine.)

* Ryan will supply an order form that can go home to parents prior to the visit. Parents can order books that Ryan will personalize and sign the day of the visit.

School Performance Rates

* School visit fees are $850 for 3 performances
$700 for 2 performances
$500 for one performance.
(Some extra traveling fees may apply if the visit is outside CT.
Scheduling visits at multiple schools in one area can offset the cost.)

* Library performance fee $300.

*Ask Ryan about booking a show at your preschool.

Ryan is also available for spaghetti dinners, book fairs, and birthday parties.
